Morgado Construction recently completed a water leak restoration plus additional remodeling at our home: new flooring throughout, drywall, paint, and remodel of  the kitchen and two bathrooms. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and responsiveness to requests across the entire project was excellent. Owner Joe Morgado is exceptionally skilled and deeply committed to doing right by his customers. His pride in his work shows in every detail. His son, Eric Morgado, manages much of the administrative and business side, and together they are outstanding communicators — clear, responsive, and consistently professional in both written and verbal communication. One thing that stood out again and again was Joe’s reputation in the trades. At multiple vendors, we heard some version of, “Oh! You’re working with Joe,” which always translated into top‑tier service. He has built strong relationships with others who share his commitment to quality, and that benefits his clients in very real ways. Joe’s project leads are still developing the same eye for detail and standard of excellence that Joe himself embodies. For that reason, I’d recommend that homeowners stay engaged with the daily progress to ensure the work reflects Joe’s high bar and get Joe involved early if there is a question. Joe and his team are absolutely fabulous from quoting to recommending architects and structural engineers who can get the all the permits needed to start work. Once the work starts Joe and Eric ensure the agreed timelines are met and quality of the work is outstanding. They maybe a bit on the higher side but every penny is worth it. Joe will take all the pressure off you , you can just sit back and watch he and his team work their magic to ensure a dream remodel or new construction with attention to detail. Joe and his crew did amazing professional work. if you want the job done right first time call them!! Joe will give you all the information and facts upfront he is incredibly knowledgeable. We used joe’s company for several issues around our home from plumbing issues in our kitchen to electricals, gas leaks and major black mold wall and baseboards problems. Joe has always explained clearly to me the steps of what would need to be done and how it was gonna be done. He took the time to show me what happened to cause it. They took the time to explain to me what he was going to do to fix it. So it wouldn’t happen again. When he is explaining the situation of what’s going on he takes his time and doesn’t rush and make sure you understand all the steps I appreciate that a lot. If you have any issues big or small call this company I guarantee you will never regret it.
